The farm

In the hills around the village of Nova Resende lies the Sitio Corrego do Cavalo, the growing area of our Nutty Butty. Juninho and his father Antonio share and cultivate together a small piece of land. Coffee cultivation accounts for 6 hectares, of the total 9 hectares under cultivation. In total they have about 25,000 plants of yellow and red Catuais. The coffees are processed exclusively as natural, for which they borrow a neighbor's machine. The cherries are washed beforehand to separate the "floaters". In this way, they create a quality that immediately convinced us to use their coffee for our Brazilian Single.


Jo guys, i bims, your tanned nut from Brazil. In my spare time I surf on the third wave of coffee. No, you can not surf from Brazil to Tyrol, but crispy-nutty I come out of the roasting machine.

Degree of roasting: light to medium - natural fruit aromas are preserved, nutty aromas are enhanced.

No flavors added

Nutty, caramel, tart and fruity? Yes, and all natural! More than 800 natural flavors can be found in coffee, without any additives. They are created by a wide variety of factors, such as the type of coffee, its growing conditions, its processing and roasting, and finally, you can also influence the variety of aromas in your coffee with the way it is prepared.

Hand roasted in Tyrol

With special care, your roasting masters Cati and David take care of the selection of the green coffee and its roasting themselves. Lebenshilfe Tirol actively supports us with the packaging of the coffee. In the 15kg drum roaster, the beans are gently roasted to the optimal degree using the latest roasting software from Cropster and thus develop their full aroma.

In our show roastery in Wattens in Tyrol, everyone is welcome to look over their shoulder as they roast, or to taste their way through the range to find the perfect coffee for home.

Preparation methods differ in the degree of grinding. 

This plays a very big role for the taste. We want our coffee to taste perfect. Therefore, you can choose the grind accordingly.

Coffee grinder owners (congratulations!) or fully automatic machine owners please choose "whole bean"!
