The features and functions of the Giotto Evoluzione are extremely  high quality and directly from the  Rocket machines for commercial use. With the digital shot timer, PID temperature control, insulated boilers and 9 mm boiler end plates, stability and temperature control are further improved. The rotary pump ensures quiet and constant pumping performance and enables  the use of the water tank or a permanent water connection.  The Giotto and Mozzafiato models are identical in terms of equipment and differ  only what  Housing &  weight is concerned.

By picking it up personally, we also offer first-class service in the event of warranty claims or other concerns. We want to ensure that you are always satisfied and can enjoy your coffee creations without any worries.
